REs
Should have at least 15 years relevant experience as RE/ARE.
Must have experience with FIDIC contracts.B.sc.civil/M.S.Civil.

AREs (Structures/Highways )
B.sc with minimum 10 years experience in supervision of highways & bridges

Material Engineering
At least 10 years Material science and soil Testing /Engineering Background. Must be graduate with B.Sc.science or B.E.Civil.

Site inspectors /Engineers
B.Sc. civil with 5 years experience or Diploma (civil) with 10 years Experience in highway/bridge construction

Quality Surveyors
Diploma (civil) with minimum with 10 years relevant experience in Measurements, billing project  monitoring of highway projects

SLTs/LTs
8-10 years experience in testing, ASTM.AASHTO specifications,
B.Sc./F.Sc.

Surveyors
10 years experience in site control and Surveying for highway projects.
Diploma of 1 year’s certificate course in surveying

Draftsmen
05 years experience in AutoCAD along with Drafting Diploma
