Saudi Pak Real Estate Limited, a subsidiary of Saudi Pak Industrial & Agricultural Investment Company Limited, requires experienced and self motivated personnel to fill the following positions:
Senior Manager – Projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience of independently managing building & development projects with reputed local/multinational companies
- Ability to effectively manage the projects’ team of technical staff
Site Cost Engineer
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engg., Quantity Surveyor or Architectural/Building related discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in cost planning, checking of Contractor’s invoices, Bonds, Contractual Documents etc. with reputed local/multinational companies
- Possess strong background in cost planning, AutoCad based measurement, quantity Take-Offs, preparation of BOQs.
