Technical Services Manager

We are looking for well-groomed and energetic team players who can effectively deliver and contribute to achieving the targets and also play a strategic role in developing Industrial Sales streams and provide Technical Support to the entire customer base nationwide.
Technical Services Manager
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Engineer (Mechanical / Chemical) from a reputable institution
Experience: Over 10 years in the reputable lube oil marketing company in a similar capacity
Key Responsibilities:
- To liaison with the Regional Office / Technical Centre on cost effective product engineering
- Ensure Technical Support and after sales services to the customer base (Industrial & OEM)
- To develop the Customer Complaint Center to provide excellence in support and services
- To conduct Technical Services seminars & workshops for the stakeholders
- To ensure timely reports generation on oil analysis and application support
General criteria or skill set required for the above positions:
- Must have good knowledge of product engineering chemistry, industrial and equipments
- Should be commercial support and service oriented with leadership qualities
- Proficiency in English & computer skills is a must
